Returns and warranty

Returns

Gerber Technologies AG offers a voluntary 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Conditions for returns:

• Products must be unused and undamaged

• Products must be complete and in original packaging

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Excluded from returns:

• custom-made or personalised products

• items produced specifically for the customer

• damaged or used items

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.

Warranty

A 1-year warranty applies from the date of delivery, covering material and manufacturing defects.

Warranty services may include:

• repair

• replacement with an equivalent product

• refund up to the purchase price

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• improper use or installation

• normal wear and tear

• external influences (e.g. impact, moisture)
