1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (‘GTC’) apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online shop www.ironbadge.ch. The operator is Gerber Technologies AG, Kernenriedstrasse 1, 3421 Lyssach, Switzerland.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in CHF and include VAT. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Prices and product ranges are subject to change.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the order is submitted. Automatic confirmation does not constitute a delivery commitment.

4. Delivery

Delivery by parcel service within Switzerland. Collection by arrangement only.

5. Obligation to inspect

Customers must inspect goods immediately. Report any damage or defects within 5 days.

6. Warranty

1-year warranty. Replacement, repair, credit note or reduction at the discretion of the supplier.

7. Liability

No liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, delivery delays or improper use.

8. Payment

Payment in CHF using the payment methods offered. Late payment notifications: 2nd reminder CHF 5, 3rd reminder CHF 20.

9. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Gerber Technologies AG until full payment has been received.

10. Cancellations

Cancellations may be subject to a 20% administration fee (min. CHF 60).

11. Returns

14-day right of return for undamaged goods in their original packaging.

12. Repairs outside the warranty period

Subject to a charge; inspection fee possible if no fault can be found.

13. Further provisions

Unassignable returns will be stored for 6 months. Data protection in accordance with separate declaration.

14. Place of jurisdiction

Bern, Switzerland. Applicable law: Swiss law.
